Ten Tips for Staying Healthy – No Matter What

I recently had the pleasure of giving a lunchtime talk – “Staying Healthy Under Pressure” – for the ABC News team in New York City.  As it happened, the day I presented was the same day the United States announced the easing of sanctions against Cuba.

Three Generations of Celanese in Mexico

My name is Salvador Sanchez Valerio. I was born on January 20, 1950 in Ocotlán, Jalisco, Mexico. Ocotlán is a city located at the border of the Chapala Lake, the biggest lake in Mexico.  My family has been employed by Celanese for three generations. Here’s a brief story of my family as a member of the Celanese Mexico family.
