I am more and more focused on benefiting from our increasingly diverse organization. It does not just happen by doing business the way we have been. A key word used in this post is “authentic you”. I have recently been challenged by Carla Harris of Morgan to bring and allow the “authentic you” to come to our CE workplace. It seems a key towards improved engagement and being more inclusive.
